AGNC 배당컷...소식이 있었군요...

허허... 정신없이 지내다 보니 배당주 포트에 편입되어 있던 AGNC에서 배당컷 소식이 있었다는 것도 모르고 며칠을 보냈네요...

COMMON STOCK DIVIDENDS

During the first quarter, the Company declared dividends of $0.18 per share to common stockholders of record as of January 31, February 28 and March 29, 2019, respectively, totaling $0.54 per share for the quarter, which were paid on February 11, March 11, and April 9, 2019, respectively. Since its May 2008initial public offering through the first quarter of 2019, the Company has declared a total of $8.8 billion in common stock dividends, or $39.86 per common share.

Subsequent to the first quarter, the Company declared a dividend of $0.18 per share to common stockholders of record as of April 30, 2019, which will be paid on May 9, 2019. The Company also announced an anticipated reduction of its monthly dividend to common stockholders to $0.16 per common share, or $0.48 per quarter, beginning with the dividend to be declared in May 2019.

- 회사는 1분기까지 매달 0.18$를 배당으로 지급했음.

- 4월 30일을 Record Date로 해서 5월 9일에 지급되는 월배당까지는 0.18$ 지급될거임.

- 그 다음부터는 월배당이 0.16$로 줄어듬.

 

표현은 완곡하게 예상된다...라고 썼지만... 배당을 줄인다는 이야기를 허투루 했을리가 없으니 배당컷은 기정사실이네요... AGNC와 NYMT는 10% 넘는 배당률에 언젠가 배당컷 있지 않을까 싶었었는데... ㅎㅎ 매수한지 첫달만에 배당컷 시연... !!

배당컷 뉴스는 홈페이지에서 확인되기로는 4월 24일에 Release가 되었는데요...그런데 최근의 크래프트 하인즈 같이 소위 고배당주들의 배당컷이 있을때 주가가 박살나는 경우와는 좀 다르게...물론 4월 24일주가가 좀 빠지기는 했지만... 뭐 그럭저럭 유지가 되고 있는 것 같기도...

배당컷된 0.16$ / month 기준으로도 배당률은 현재주가 기준 약 10.8% 정도에 달하고... 월배당이라는 이점... 그리고 포트에 매우 소량만 담고 있다는 점을 감안하여... 따로 매도를 하고 어쩌고 하는건 귀찮아서... 당분간 추매는 좀 자제하면서 배당이나 쪽쪽 빨아먹으며 기다려야겠습니다...

무시무시할거 같았던 배당컷이라는 경험을 이렇게 얼렁뚱땅 흘려보내고 며칠뒤 뒷북치는 글이었습니다.
